- Preventing, detecting, documenting, or responding to trespassing, unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, threats, violence, property damage, or other security concerns.
- Communicating with clients, property managers, residents, tenants, contractors, emergency responders, and other relevant parties.
- Managing client contracts, scheduling, staffing, billing, and service delivery.
- Reviewing service quality, staff performance, complaints, and training needs.
- Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, supervising, and managing employees or contractors.
- Meeting licensing, insurance, legal, regulatory, employment, tax, and accounting obligations.
- Protecting Odin Security, our clients, staff, residents, tenants, visitors, contractors, and the public.
- Responding to lawful requests from police, fire, EMS, courts, tribunals, regulators, insurers, legal counsel, or government authorities.

We do not sell personal information.
4. Body-Worn Cameras and Security Footage
Odin Security personnel may use body-worn cameras at certain sites during security-related incidents or interactions.
Body-worn cameras may be used for:
- Safety and de-escalation.
- Incident documentation.
- Accountability.
- Complaint review.
- Evidence preservation.
- Police, emergency, legal, insurance, or regulatory purposes.
Body-worn cameras are not intended for general monitoring of residents’ private lives, entertainment, or unnecessary surveillance.
Where safe and practical, staff may advise individuals that recording is taking place.

5. Website Information and Cookies

Odin Security may use third-party service providers for functions such as:

- Scheduling and workforce management.
- Report writing and incident management.
- Body-camera storage or evidence management.
- File storage and cloud services.
- Website hosting and analytics.
- Payroll, accounting, and invoicing.
- IT support and cybersecurity.
Some service providers may store or process information outside Alberta or outside Canada. Where this occurs, information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is stored or processed.
We take reasonable steps to ensure service providers protect personal information appropriately.

By interacting with Odin Security, requesting services, using our website, applying for work, attending a site where we provide security services, or providing personal information to us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, unless another legal authority applies.

- Body-worn camera footage may be retained according to Odin Security’s body-camera retention procedures and may be kept longer if connected to an incident, complaint, investigation, legal matter, insurance matter, or police matter.
When personal information is no longer required, we will securely delete, destroy, anonymize, or archive it according to our retention practices.
12. Access and Correction Requests
You may request access to personal information that Odin Security holds about you, subject to legal exceptions. You may also request correction of personal information if you believe it is inaccurate or incomplete.
To help us respond, please provide:

- The site, date, time, and nature of the interaction or incident.

- Proof of identity, if requested.
